Digital Citizenship & Social Action
The Canadian Teachers’ Federation in partnership with the Media Awareness Network provided classroom funding
to support school-community social action projects tied to Digital Citizenship and Social Action.
The goal of this initiative was to use technology and social media to engage youth, to mobilize for a cause
and to put classroom research into action at the community level.
